"WAITING FOR A TRAM"- one of my favourite paintings; seemingly very optymistic, almost idyllic atmosphere of this picture is only illusion: it is story about loneliness, about panic, that I lost my relatives and I am the last and only man on the Earth; hot summer night, street lamps friendly for moth and other insects, highlighted green leaves rustling at night wind- but it was really very sad dream, many years ago.
